I’d never made dijon anything before so I figured I would try it out with chicken! The result was deliciously flavoured chicken with a sharp dijon mustard bite that was flavourful without being too overpowering.Β  I decided to pair it with Japanese sticky rice and a light and crisp spinach, grapefruit and sprout salad!
