Another one of my go-to comfort foods!

Risotto is one of those foods that’s just so relaxing to cook, just put on a podcast or some music and stir, stir, stir… When I made risotto I always make about ten times as much as I need so that I have leftovers for the next week or two, it’s a dish I can eat day after day without getting bored!

There’s a thousand or so different accompanying foods that go great with risotto, but I decided to just simply use some chicken frankfurter and spinach salad that was sitting in the fridge.

Overall, delicious and savoury and I can’t wait to make it again!
